Hey, you! I’m Meghan. A few years ago, I had a complicated relationship with my body, my hormones and my menstrual cycle too. I experienced many of the debilitating symptoms listed above. When I reached out to medical professionals for help, I felt dismissed and defeated. So, I took matters into my own hands and became a certified women’s health and wellness coach. Now, I help women like you to eliminate PMS, regulate menstruation and optimise hormones through education, advocacy and coaching. I also work with girls to feel confident as they move into menstruation and help them to understand their body.
